These terms govern your use of Sendloom, a business bulk SMS service. By creating an account or sending a campaign, you agree to these terms. If you use Sendloom for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Only upload or message people when you have a lawful basis to do so. Keep your contact lists accurate, respect opt-outs and do-not-disturb restrictions, and do not re-import opted-out people to bypass their choice. You are responsible for your campaign content, sender identity, and compliance with applicable Nigerian privacy, advertising and telecommunications requirements.
Do not send spam, deceptive or fraudulent messages, unlawful content, or messages that impersonate another person or business. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access another account. We may suspend sending or access when necessary to address abuse, legal risk, or security threats.
SMS pricing is displayed before sending. Standard SMS is ₦8 per page and DND SMS is ₦10 per page; message length may increase the number of billable pages. Estimated charges may differ from actual charges when recipients are excluded or sends fail. SMS charges are deducted from available prepaid wallet credit. Confirmed send failures are credited back to the wallet; a pending or unconfirmed delivery report does not by itself establish a failed send. New wallet funding is currently unavailable, and no payment will be taken through the app while it is unavailable. Any welcome bonus is only available after a verified qualifying first top-up of at least ₦1,000 once funding opens.
We submit SMS through a third-party network provider. Sender IDs may require approval, and delivery can be delayed, blocked by DND settings, or not confirmed by a network. Delivery estimates and status reports are not guarantees of receipt. Email campaigns and public API access are not currently available.
You retain responsibility for your contact and campaign data. Our Privacy Policy explains how Sendloom processes personal information to operate the service.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Nigerian law applies to these terms. For account or service concerns, see our contact page.
